I have not received tracking information, where is my shipment?

After our doctors prescribe your medication to be sent to an address of your choosing, it will take 1-2 days for our pharmacy to process and ship the medication. After the medication is shipped, we will forward along the tracking information to you so you can check the status of shipment. 

If you have any questions, or if something about the tracking information seems incorrect please send an email to support@khealth.com and our support team will look into the issue ASAP!
