The prescription the doctor sent to my pharmacy is not there, what should I do?

If a K doctor prescribed you medication to your local pharmacy, it may take up to two hours to be processed by the pharmacy and ready for you to pick up. If call/go to the pharmacy and they do not have your prescription you should reopen your chat with the doctor within the K app and inform them of the issue. They will be able to check the prescription the wrote and reorder if necessary.
