How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to the profile tab within the app and click Membership and Payment > Membership plan > Cancel Membership. Please note, if you only purchased a one time visit or do not have an active subscription no "Membership plan" page will appear.

 

Currently we do not have a cancellation feature for our ED subscription in the app, but if you need to request cancellation of your ED subscription, please reach out to customer support within 48 hours of your renewal date.

To reach support, please send us an email at support@khealth.com and we will reply to confirm once the cancellation is complete.

 

If you have any questions about cancelling your subscription email us at support@khealth.com, with the email address you used to create your subscription. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your membership.
